The Share Income Model Portfolio is designed for investors looking for investors wanting some income now with the possibility of growth in income and capital over the medium to long term.

• The model consists of up to 40 ASX listed investments selected first and foremost on the basis of the level of income they generate and franking credits they provide. However, careful consideration is also given to their ability to provide some degree of capital appreciation over time.

The investment objective is to deliver a level of income in excess of that generated by the benchmark index.

The portfolio with contain stocks from within and outside the S&P ASX 200 industrial benchmark and will in part mirror the Fat Prophets Research Reports.
